I spent several hours trying to come up with a way I could convey our utmost appreciation for what Mr. Fox has done for my wife and I. After contemplating this for several hours the best way I can say this is Richard Fox’s performance in listing and selling our house has been exemplary. My Wife and I meet Richard back in February during an open House Richard was hosting in Long Cove, Heron Bay, in which we reside. Both my wife and I observed Richard’s professionalism and people skills during the open house. Last month I was relocated to Texas and based on our observation and Richards reputation in Heron Bay, we hired him to list our house. Richard walk us through the relocation process and help us get the house ready to list. Richard also hired a staging company to help showcase the house. Wednesday June 9, the house went on the MLS at $849,000. The next day we had an exclusive showing and an offer that night of $920,000. Both my wife and I were ecstatic and thrilled with the offer but still went through with the open house we had on Saturday June 12th. Richard Marketed our house so well we had 1872 views on Zillow alone. and approximately 80 people show up for the open house. On Sunday June 13th we had 6 offers and a final offer came in Sunday night about 5:00 PM. It was a cash offer of $950,000. He discussed the offer with my wife and then went back to the buyers to negotiate an additional $10,000 for a final offer of $960,000. My wife and I both observed Richard has an innate ability to listen and ascertain the buyers and seller’s wants and needs.
